Noob has broad meanings...

In this case it means that he is still a rookie.

I remember when I got of my green P's... I was buzzing all around the place

..... Not to mention I would have lost my licence if I didn’t :roll:

Niick,
provisional license there are 2 types - reds & greens 1 year on each, then you go to your full license...to blacks...

I was kind of wondering about the P's myself, and I had just realized that it probably stood for permit or provisional just before you posted that.

I'm sure that's what Nick was referring to also. :wink:

Being from the U.S. I guess you could say some of us are noobs to Aussie terminology and slang. lol :idea:

Maybe someone should make a post for that?
