there is a waterproof gromit just near the bake master cylinder i think, if not it will be somewhere near there along the firewall

dont know if this helps, but the wiring job done for my gauges and sensors, it looks like the wires are coming through a pre-made hole in the engine bay...
when you pop the hood, look dead in the middle and about 1 or 1.5ft to the right, theres a yellowish hole. that leads to the cabin.
