Electric CJ in the Future?

With all the talk of electric cars I just wonder if anyone would consider a conversion if the price was right?

Watching Click on BBC World there is a company doing conversions of older cars, I have no doubt there would be similar here in Australia.

So when the price is right and you petrol engine dies would you consider doing this to let you CJ live on into a green future?

I'd rather walk than do something that heinous to a car.....
