MMCS version 1 problem

Hi Members. Any help on how to bypass the agree touchscreen button on the startup screen as for some reason it’s not reacting to my touch now and has locked me out of gaining screen access to further menus. I have tried disconnecting battery overnight and when powering up it loads from the original 2008 maps DVD but still won’t allow me to hit the agree button. All thoughts or fixes are greatly appreciated. Thanks Ozy :-)

I do not know or ever heard of how to get around pressing the very annoying agree button every time
