Hello everyone,

I've been lurking through these threads for some time, and figured a more formal introduction was in order.

I live in Arizona, the hottest state in the US, and I'm now on my second Lancer. My first one was a 2005, with the previous body style.

I'm learning that the US trim level names are only the tip of the iceberg, but the CJ naming is pretty popular even out here.

I'm into light tuning, but my main focus is electronics. More than anything, I want to keep my cars looking and running great for as long as possible.

I did see several threads about genuine Mitsubishi accessories, and I may reach out to see if any of these products are still available. (The US is pathetic on it's offering of accessories for the Lancer)

My new Lancer is a 2015 GT (2.4 CVT), so I'm pretty limited on the modifications I can do. But I'm grateful to be part of such a knowledgeable group.

Australia can get pretty hot and unforgiving too. I'd rather deal with the heat than deal with rust in colder climates!
