Next Lancer Model in 2017?

New is we might get a new Lancer model in 2017.

Interestingly the CJ is still outselling both the Nissan Pulsar and Honda Civic.

No word on hybrid or other engine choices or if there will be a RA or EVO.

Yeah I think they're rolling out the last Evo's now which kind of sucks because it was going to be my next car purchase, don't think I'll buy one now. Probably looking into a WRX.

I always assumed that Mitsubishi discontinued the Evo X because they were up to the number 10 and Evo 11 doesn't sound as good. I may be wrong but I'm thinking Mitsubishi will just slightly change the body shape, interior and engine specs then release a rebranded Evo under a different name. But this is all purely speculative so don't hold me to it.

Maybe its just marketing, maybe its the last EVo based on the CJ?

Those concepts look better than the photos on that like I posted before.

With all the reports we've had that Mitsy is walking away from the Lancer name I really hope it's not true and these latest rumors/news is true.

Any RA or EVO models might not come out at the same time as the base models so it might be an even longer wait for them.

So is someone ready to jump on the ClubCK.net domain name if thats the next Lancer model name?
