Did I potentially break something

Alright I sound so much like a noob right now
I know general stalling doesn't hurt much and trust me. Learning to drive manual I did plenty
But I feel really guilty today
Just pulling up at home and put her in first to park
Phone rings over bluetooth and without thinking I just let the clutch go
Car stalled so hard I thought I was going to the moon
Serious whiplash

Anyways is it really bad that that happened and what should I look out for. or is it nothing to worry about just like stalling normally
