wrecked lancer. need help finding owner.

hey everyone, need help!!
there's a black lancer hatch at the end of groth road, boondall and it has been sitting there for awhile.
i've tried to track down the owner but havent been lucky so i've come here for help.
Does anyone know the owner of this car?

Maybe try reporting it to the police? So that way they can contact the owner as they would have the details on it such as number plates/vin number/stolen/crashed reports etc...
