Stubborn bolts
I'm doing my X turbo swap at the moment and im finding some of the bolts impossible to deal with.. ive been using wd40, is there any other sprays or lubricants anyone could recommend that might do the trick?
Australia's sexiest blacked out ralliart
evo x turbo, ets intercooler, turbosmart wga, aem intake, ur intercooler piping, ur turbo back exhaust, 3port
don\'t use multi hex sockets only use a single hex socket. Less chance of rounding the nut off.
90% of all evo x turbos have a bolt snapped. seems to be a common thing
In a workshop situation if all else failed id use a small cutting disc on a die grinder and just cut the nut off
Not sure if possible but heating the nut till its red hot then dumping a soaking wet rag on it will loosen it aswell

At work we use rost off made by wurth. I don't know where you buy it but it has never failed me yet. On turbo bolts though I don't know how it would go.

More specifically here in Adelaide vermillion http://ppcco.com.au/wheresa.htm
By the sound of his username I'd be inclined to let him have a go at it!!!

In a class scenario if all else unsuccessful id use a little reducing disk on a die grinding machine and just cut the nut off . . . Not sure if it is possible but warming the nut until its red hot then disposing a immersing wet rag on it will release it as well
