Scratched Plastic on door trim near the lock?

long story short, when my mum owned my CJ lancer, the plastic on the door trims near the door lock/handle are very badly scratched.
just wondering how I could fix this? or replace it with some sort of material?

We talking the black plastic bits? Or the silver trim panel?

Ahh... wreckers would be your best bet would be easiest to replace the entire door panel in one piece... Its fairly simple to remove/re-fit. However the door panel itself does break down into multiple pieces. Otherwise Mitsubishi may sell the parts of the door panel separately (not sure, would need to check with them). Hmm, I'll have a look at my wreckers.
if not I'll find something to cover/replace it with
