I dont know Stacey. Pete must be busy with other stuff. Lets hope he gets a chance to read everyones replies and decide how this meet is going to be done. Im still reckon we have both dates to allow more people to attend.

My thoughts on this... is that you risk fragmenting the attendance so instead of getting a big turn out on the one date, you might get half turning up to one, and half turning to another with a handful of people attending both. So by spreading the same event across two dates and cutting your numbers by almost half is a bit illogical.

You could have a mini-meet every single night if you really wanted, but you wont get many people agreeing on the the same date to attend.

My suggestion, those that can't make the one date, can always rock up to the next mini-meet the following month at a different venue.
I know you're keen on meeting as many people as possible at Penrith, but this is not the ONLY or LAST meet ever. There will be plenty more opportunities to meet people at other meets.

Perhaps we should just lock in the 14th then as at this moment with the Poll people are voting more towards that on 12 votes over the 6 votes for the 28th.
