The only other thing involving money is the clubcj decals and hoodies etc - however these are sold to you at essentially cost price plus postage - the decals we are even giving away to premium members (one small one per member etc) and cannot be seriously seen as a revenue raising enterprise. And Pierres right, it all goes back INTO the club.

One and the same. The photos of the CARS involved, this is a car club remember, were submitted by the members whose cars they represent, with the exception of the formation parking job.
CatP wrote:I know none of mine were used, otherwise ClubCJ would receive an invoice. I know Ozie would never use my photos because he has already been talking to people behind my back about me.
An invoice? I'd be honored if ClubCJ used my car lol. I know you have a business as a photographer, but jeesh, its just one little teeny photo that anyone on this site can get.
CatP wrote:Daveee and I and anyone else are allowed to state our opinions and quote the law just as much as Pierre is. If only photographers are allowed to comment on this issue, why are you allowed to post?
I have an interest in the issue as a representative of ClubCJ - see that moderator badge?
CatP wrote:Off topic, but I laughed out loud... what a crock. He put them online himself. No "worm" can look on your computer for nude pictures and post them online. There are so many things wrong with that story.
You're probably right, I'm no computer geek. Thats what she said he said. Anyway - it proves my point all the more - you post em up, other people are gonna get a hold of em.
CatP wrote:Oh really, wow, what a great idea, I've never thought of that before.
In fact, I didn't put watermarks on my photos so people can use them in their garages and save them to their computer. Perhaps I should use watermarks like this in the future so they can't be used at all?
Oh there's the sarcasm! You've slightly missed the point of a watermark - its designed to be unobtrusive, a see-through text in one corner of the photo. Not a big (C) in the middle. Although I can hardly blame you for making the point - I take the same view most of the time.
Sorta like this, btw
CatP wrote:It accepts donations, so I suppose it will stop accepting donations when the hosting is paid for? I doubt it.
Yes, because hosting fees is totally ALL of our expenditure. Donations in the future will be used to subsidize fees/costs for (an example) hoodies, meets etc. Are you suggesting Aaron is nicking the money?
Heres your main problem. By joining this site, you agreed to a set of terms and conditions. By clicking 'I accept' (and if you're like me, you probably didnt even read them, but thats actually irrelevant), you effectively signed a contract.
Adrian, I'd already commented on Mitch's post.
