on the outside (ie toward either fender) of your headlight assembly (inside the bonnet) you will find a little twist able lug with wires coming out of it, twist this lug (i can't remember which way) then the parker will come out.
be careful if you have large hands like myself, cause it is pretty tight with lots of sharp edges.

No harm - but one will be 4W different in brightness to the other... But probably not too much..... might be enough to annoy you...

Locations.... Repco, Autobahn - they usually have the Narva or maybe Phillips range
I would say they would come under the form of high beams/ spotlights, and maybe go under the same laws that 4WD's spotlights would come under.
now comes the great question of WHY? do you rally your car at night down very dark roads?
