Can't you sand the skirt back and get a small re-spray ?
Probably not worth the money that a panel & paint would charge though for a small job...

With modern cars and my current priorities very different from 3-7 years ago, I won't be doing anything like I had with my black VR lancer I used to have. Family car that's Kid and dog friendly now. No more turbo 4's anymore.

And nah the edge of the skirt is a bit deformed, its not just the paint. Might be fixable but not worth the effort
Honestly I might not ever get around to it, it doesn't bother me that much
