To all members:
As you're all aware the Whiteline Group buy has been plagued with problems and delays.
Communication hasn't been the best and people are understandably upset as a result.
For the record - Sam Lentini (SAM-24A) provided his car to Whiteline for R&D purposes ONLY.
He is not responsible for the Group buy or is he involved in any way,so please stop harassing Sam regarding this.
Adrian Tripp (SIR-VRX) undertook this group buy in good faith in his own time, to benefit the membership at no profit to himself.
One of the Repco contacts is on Annual leave (Due back tomorrow) and the second one was recently transferred, hence the delays.
Adrian will be onto Repco tomorrow and hopefully we will have solid answers this week.
Thank you for your patience and Admins will keep you advised. (Mizta B.)

I wish they would make up their minds, because I called them back on the 10/5 they said the bars would be like 3-4 weeks and then when I called again last week or the week before and the guy told me they had them in stock now so wtf.

Adrian can you find out if this is true, that we have to wait another 5 weeks.

I believe there was an issue with only one of the bars.

If the other one is available could we have those now, as we have been waiting for 5 months.

Thanks Troy

Adrian I rang White Line this afternoon and spoke to a Grant from customer service.

He said some rear bar were in stock which were left overs from a huge order which they received late last week, of which that order has already been dispatched to waiting customers who's orders have been waiting in the system for approximately 3 months.
I tried to explain to him that the lancer club that I belong to has a repco order placed with them for about 40 bars since January. He double checked the system and assures me that there is no order for a Lancer club and that I should contact a bloke called Sam since he knows what is going on from the first day.

I have PM'ed Sam but I have not received a reply.Further I have tried to ring him with no answer. I know Sam was involved with the R&D on the bars, but not the group buy order, which is your direct concern.

Please what is going on we want our bars since White Line told me today they have already received and dispatched a huge amount, SO WHERE IS OURS.

P.S. Grant thought I was crazy.

Not sure who deleted your posts but I have my assumptions.

There is no fault or loss of Repco or White Line.

From what I heard today Adrian needs to tell us what is going on.

This is rather serious as there is $7000 or so of our money missing.

Where is it?

This can not be ignored any longer.

I want answers.

Here I am, I'm not hiding. Only just got on the computer.

Ok, I didn't want it to end this way, but unfortunately it has come to it.

Basically there has been nothing but drama after drama after drama, and I'll save you the long story, but purchase order from Repco to Whiteline did not go through, for whatever reason, we don't know.

however, after lengthy discussions it was decided, not entirely by myself, that all monies would be returned to everybody involved in the group buy, in full. We are just waiting on the cheque now from Repco, it will be made payable to the ClubCJ Bank account, and Mizta B and blade888 are in charge of returning all monies to everybody involved in full.

I sincerely apologise to everybody involved, either directly or indirectly. I myself am quite annoyed over it all, perhaps just as much as you lot are.

Rest assured this decision was not made lightly, nor was I the one who made the final call.

I wish it didn't have to end this way, nut sometimes things just don't work out. But rest assured all money will be returned promptly.

The announcement of this decision was not going to be made by me, however since you are all here now asking I felt I had to inform you all of the happening.

once again, I do apologise, this was the last thing I wanted to happen.

Thank you all for your understanding and ongoing patience. I hope we can all move forward now.

Adrian.
