So true...Muscle cars were never intended to go around corners. I was watching dream car garage the other day and every time the Yanks referred to a track it was either Drag Strip or an Oval...So dam boring and absolutely no skill envolved compared to a circuit or Rally driver.
They had an old Mustang GT500KR Vs the new one...and every single corner they went around...actually more like over...The things lurched and bounced all over the place...didnt look as though the 40 years in between them they did any R&D into handling...Not only that, but all that power and talk's...no AWD? - Useless..
The way ive allways seen it...The Yanks invent/create something and the Jap's perfect it.
