Qld police driving Ralliart Lancers!!

Postby vincentchua » Tue Jan 26, 2010 4:21 pm

Watch out everyone - spotted an unmarked silver Ralliart Lancer sedan around the Beenleigh area today pulling over another car. The usual - flashing lights etc installed on the dashboard of the car.

.... I thought the Qld budget was in the red? At least the cops here have good taste :P I wonder if they're modded?

I am inclined to think they are lightly tuned? No substantiation of this.

WA rules must be different because some of the cars over here have modified suspension, performance and larger fuel tanks.

Not sure about over east though :P

the main rules are no performance mods. talking to the local highway copper here, he wanted to put a cold air intake and wasnt allowed. they may only do some "safety" mods.

Really? I always thought their hectic Falcodores were tuned/modded up. Guess not. Makes sense not to since it'd be both hypocritical (if not engineered) and a bit unnecessary (since it's not like they have underpowered cars)!
