I was stuffing around the car today (for other reasons) and under the relay/fuse box lid i noticed this. Notice the DRL fuse position. (bottom right) Hmmmmmm, in wonder if the Lancers are pre-wired.....

That is for the USA models that have DRLs. But the DRLs are just the highbeam lamps run at 70% brightness.
