You are mainly driving down hill to work.
What economy do you get going home from work?

That is over a 2 weeks period (and 1400kms) NOT just a 1 way trip to work or over a 5-10km trip.

figures were 1421kms travelled and 132.28litres of fuel used

The longer you can calculate the average economy over the more accurate it is.

My average was done the proper way by using the litres used as shown at a fill ups on the pump and the kms used on the odometer. I dont use the trip computer average economy as it resets itself all the time.

Gee Jason that is really good economy. I did not realize the evo's could be that good.

I thought when I read your first post you were getting that economy on the way to work, which I know to be mainly down hill.

You must be really conservative driver.

Nope i just drive the car like i normally drive my cars. It gets given a bit of stick here and there but not continually hammered.

I looked back thru my fuel economy records and its about on par with what i was getting from my modded MPS3 and about .5 of a litre per 100kms worse than my FG turbo falcon

Old thread but reading through how I used to feel about fuel economy is quite amusing...!
