OMFG!!!! This guy (and this mates) is both amazing and a freak. All this, on a new car - if I spend 2.5hrs on mine I think I've done a top job, but now........

The stereo install is crazy (but much more my thing) - seriously large amounts of respect for the dedicated work on that - inspires me greatly for my intentions

Top find..... :D

Yeah.... I have owned the lancer for just over a year and wash it every second week, but I have not buffed/polished or anything like that.

Besides Mitsubishi said if I did it would void my paint warranty coz of the paint protection.

BTW. my front window no longer beads up water when it rains.. what can I do about that? started after washing it at servo and I think there was some fuel in the water.

Bahahhahah thats gotta be the biggest load of crap that ive ever heard!! Polishing your car voids paint protection!? The polish that you would apply would be of a better quality than the paint anyway rofl

It will look shinier than it does not if you polish it ;)

And it will feel like glass when you run your hand over it haha

holy crap i want 36mins of my life back. how osessive is he.

on a side note i had a bit of a chuckle about his engine bay. did anyone else think that he's going to be getting a few scuff marks and noises from that metal intake banging on the top of his engine block? theres a reason why it was made out of plastic in the first place and it wasn't just because its cheaper.

I just looked at the pictures  . Read the first few words then went down to pictures. He took alot of pictures... I use to give my car a wipe down once a week with that waterless car washy thing. Now I just cant be stuffed. As soon as I wash it it soon dirty. The only time I will wash it is if I do something to it and take picture haha

that paint pertection you pay for a dealers like $400 from the dealers. only cost like $70 and takes an hour to apply, and wears off after a year, my father was a spray painter and panelbeater he did alot of that scam bogus that dealers sell you. just like the fabric protector they use, its just a can of ordinary upholstery protector you can buy for $20.

that is basically the stuff they use for paint protection literally.
