@bobcrusader: Beat me to it.
I've just ordered it and it's confirmed dispatched.
All VIC Premium members need not further expense themselves. We were originally discussing to share the cost of the set amongst ourselves. Unless you're looking to do frequent tunes yourself and without anyone else sharing your set, you don't need to order it.
I will be most willing to share the set amongst ourselves and obviously I will absorb the larger cost since I will keep it for open use of everyone in VIC.

I have been reading about purchasing a premium membership. In previous threads the cost has been quoted as $20. Upon clicking premium membership thread, i was startled to see the cost for joining the club. ClubCJ Membership Fees are;
AU$60- Yearly - Premium Membership.
AU$180- Lifetime - Premium Membership
Kinda steep? I think i'll take my chances as a non premium member.

The cost when the club first started was A$20 and we had no offerings then. Since updating alot of the sponsors and offers provided, we felt there was a need to change this to better reflect the value the club offered.
We have as admins absorbed alot of the cost of the club. Furthermore alot of the perks of being full premium members has been randomly allowed on Non-premium members. All the spotters cards and decals have needed some form of financial investment and the intensity of graphics used on this site has also required a much higher cost for web hosting.
We will be in the months to come slowly be locking up sections of the forum. This has to be done very carefully though. What you can be sure of is that we will make Premium membership worth while. I suspect why people will take their chances being non-premium is because they feel there's no difference in being a premium, so we do owe it to those who put in the money to become premium to change the offerings. Membership must have its privellages.
What is not stated on the membership terms I think is that if you do pay A$60 a year for membership, in 3 years of this, you will automatically convert to a lifetime member.
I do hope you'll reconsider your stance and help support this club's growth in 2010 and beyond.

Its a shame that the club is costing so much to run Ofey. $60 per annum is a large cost. I hope you can retain the current membership with that amount. You might catch more people with a lower amount and have the benefit of numbers. The way I induced membership in my club was $25, you received decals, 10 business cards and a coffee mug. Although I only had $10 left over after the presents, this was enough to keep the club running for the year. I realise this club is twice the size of mine, but in getting everyone as a member, my way, lots of little bites made the difference; small fish are sweet.
