Once again, google to the rescue:

define:brace

= a support that steadies or strengthens something else

So if you look at the second picture now closer, I don't think UR got the part wrong.

The horizontal bar belongs to the sway bar . The brace indeed is a pair of short metal bars as shown.

in the first picture you can see the 2 braces either side of the exhaust, i guess that is the sway bar going between the two braces and its the chassis that is blocking the ends of the sway bar off so it looks like a "U" Brace (if that makes scence)

Well, I'm interested in those 2 little ones shown here:

Any chance they can be added to our order now? since we have to wait for it anyway?

That's precisely why i've changed the topic to NEW OFFER.

We are adding 2 more parts to the order now and at the same time if there are any more buyers or want to add parts, please put your orders in ASAP.

I have good news and bad news about Round 2:

Bad News first as usual: There will be a delay to the completion of this deal as the manufacturer has NO stock of one of our ordered parts.

Good news: The manufacturer has allowed me to order another 2 more parts. So here they are. He's apparently relaxed the sales of these parts to us though as I mentioned before, I don't know how long this will be for. For when the Australian guys complain, I may not have any more avenue.

The prices are not through yet so I will update the first thread when it comes through.

UR-RLS4-443P Rear Lower Bar / Rear member brace

Pricing, I repeat will be updated as I get them.

Sorry about the delay.

Some bracing would be tempting, but I doubt I'd need heaps on a daly drive around town.

Go for a drive around in a VRX Lancer which has the front strut. A world of difference.

Hey Ofey,

If I'm ok to pay on Thursday (12/11), can you put me down for a Front Strut Bar : UR-TW2-440?

Cheers

Tim

I was thinking maybe just the front strut, but it could do with being lowered a touch too I think. The rest would just be for Bragging. Haha

For all those who have not bought before, might I remind you that these prices are NON-shipped.

In the last round we seemed to have hit a problem whereby the person who bought the most seemed to pay the most shipping and in some cases it was dreadfully lopsided.

This time round, I am going to rework the shipping. There will be one major delivery from Malaysia to here in Melbourne. I will then forward the shipments to each state moderator to distribute. I think this is the best way to cut out the most expensive shipping cost from MY to AU.

If anyone has a better idea, please feel free to let me know.

The UR manufacturer has given me a further offer.

Each complete set of bracing i.e. if we buy a complete set of 8 products, that set will attract a further 10% off the prices.

No one has yet placed an order for the fender braces so we don't even have 1 complete set yet. I might take that so to complete at least a single set 10%. I will then offset that saving from our shipping.

Furthermore he will be shipping to me about half a dozen Ultra Racing T-shirts which I suggest should be put into a prize pool for the club.

Blakey wrote:also would it be needed to get the sway bar's as well or is stock es one adequate?

I currently have 23mm sway bar and its a big improvement to es's 18mm.
I believe some also have the 23mm installed and they would agree as well.

RE your question of adequate, i guess it depends on how would you define how much is enough.
