Not me, but another member asked in another thread. I guess typical Sydney drivers. Tho, at least she attempts to signal, ROFL, unlike many sydney drivers doing sneaky lane changes.

Yeah I know signaling once is better than not signaling at all. The thing with single blinks though is that they sometimes slip your eye, maybe if you're looking somewhere else. It's still important to let the next car in the lane you're transferring to know you're gonna do it.

i thought by law the idicator had to flash for 3 seconds when changing lanes

The driving book actually says 5 seconds but that's only followed by those simply wanting to pass the test and do whatever they want afterwards. The only cars I see that signal 5 seconds or more are those who forget to put back the stalk after changing lanes.

Did you know that the in-dash/air-con/LCD headunit readout illumination levels has a setting for when headlights are on and different setting for when headlights are off. You can adjust the level whilst the head lights are on for night time levels and have a brighter level for daytime when the headlights are off.

Got mine set full brightness with lights off, just over half with lights on.

Did you know when sitting in the car in a dark car park, that when the cabin lights come on after turning the car off, the lights go off after 30 seconds, but if you need a bit of extra light time, rather than open the door ajar, you can push the key/barrell in and the lights will come on for antoher 30 seconds!

In addition to that,

When you open the doors, the lights are full brightness. Shut the door they dim by 15%. Then fade away after 30 seconds.
