Malaysian Lancer Facelift

Hi all,

Came across this article the other time, may be a look at what the Aussie facelift will look like in future. I noted the sleeker front bumper (and foglights etc.) and the vinyl black piece coming standard... wonder if that will happen here...

All they've done is slap a RA front bumper on, instant face lift!

Who knows might be standardising on it now, along with clear tail lights.

My bog-stock ES was given a shadows inspired facelift ! I think the best part was how inexpensive it is from him (ok so it now looks like a stock VRX... but hey, at least stock is easy to sell...)

Crazy too... they look to have only the audio controls and no cruise!!! Damn traffic jams in Asia!!!

I like the 'Spirit of Competition' decals, as seen on the bonnet.

I wonder if a black one would look ok on my champagne bonnet!?!?!

Too skinny, least she wouldn't weigh down the car! I will have to ask Ofey if Mitsubishi has that on the accessory list!

the clear tails have become standard elsewhere in the world. the 09 model evo's come with the clear tail lights but as they were only released in japan and not in australia we don't get them as standard here.

Actually looks more like a VR or VRX specs...
