Power Steering Fault

Hello boys

I've been having problems with my Lancer lately, on cold mornings when I start the engine the power steering doesn't work, neither does the speedometer or AC.

Later at noon, everything works normally, without any problem, at night is when it gets cold again and stops working, while I'm driving on the highway suddenly I lose the power steering, the speedometer and the AC, during this time they work intermittently, but all 3 always fail together.

I already took the car to have a scanner done, but they didn't find anything

Sounds like you have a serious electrical issue.Find a mechanic and have them look at it. You can’t diagnose these sorts of problems over the keyboard.
The only thing I can think of without looking at the car is maybe an issue with the serpentine belt slipping due to an idler pulley seizing.

There was a recall for the belt and pulley. Not sure if the recall covers MY15.
