Hi,
My fiancee has a CJ lancer, have been doing the servicing etc on it for a while.
Just wondering if their is a copy of the technician's service manual floating around?
If anyone wants the sob story why:
Got quoted $1500 to replace the ABS module and pump, car has C2116 code, has been having the ABS + Check engine light come on for occasionally for a little while but has been getting rather frequent now.
Being reasonably handy I quickly googled things and discovered I could refurb the unit for $500 or pick up a second hand one for far less.
Thinking I will get a second hand unit (then I have a spare to send of to refurb if the issue occurs again), just would ideally like the tech manual to save reinventing the wheel by figuring it out myself.

Only manual as such is on disc from Mitsubishi and they of course want a premium price.
I thunk there still is a disc manual available on here somewhere. Not sure but might only be available
to paid up premium members.

You can pick up CD copies on EBay for around $35.Easiest fix on the ABS pump is to get your own unit repaired.A secondhand one is likely to fail at sometime.
