I'm from Victoria and own a 2009 Lancer ES, and today i unplugged my tail lights to plastidip them (smoke/tint) and i also had the radio on in the car, but after i finished my car wont start and is making loud clanking or clicking noises, any help would be appreciated!

I'm pretty sure your battery is flat. Check your battery voltage, clean your terminals and charge it
If it doesn't hold the voltage it's probably dead and will need to be replaced

Sounds like a battery problem. Take the battery out and go to Supercheap and ask them to test the battery. Takes 2 seconds and it's free. Will determine if it's the battery or not.

Also you probably just ran it dead from leaving the radio on, it happens. Get a friend with jumper leads and just try jump start it from their car, it should start. Then just leave your car running so your alternator can charge it. If it doesn't work, then yeah, get a battery test.

Jump starting is your best bet.

All of the above, I think those batteries last 6 or 7years so might be coming to the end of its life.
BC Racing Coilovers, 3in Turbo back Exhaust, Merlin Tune.

Once you go black, your endlessly cleaning that.
