Here is a used one on eBay but in the US and with the current exchange rate and shipping will cost about $150 AU, so almost the same as the $170 I was quoted at a Mitsu dealer for a brand new one.

I brought the genunine Ralliart snorkel form Alan at AK raceing. For my VRX and im very happy with it and quick and easy for All the guys in QLD looking and turns out to be the same prise at AK raceing.

I found one on eBay, jumped on it right away.

Just one issue, it doesn't line up 100%. Image below shows where it's hitting the other plastic, also can't get the 2nd screw lock in place.

Yes, no one has had any problems fitting a Ralliart snorkel to a NA Lancer

Yeah the snorkel just opens up the intake a bit and alone it does nothing to improve power but it just the first step if you want to go down that road. I had mine on with my last dealer service, painted bright yellow and they made no mention of it.

Notice you haven't opened up grill in front of snorkel.

As this is a pretty well sealed off area its possible your new snorkel is more
restrictive than the original because the original had an extra 25 extra holes clear of this area to help.

Noticed elseware you mentioned hole attaching front of snorkel didn't
line up. I think you will find the problem is it just needs a longer attacher.
