I'm a little confused
I thought this Treasurer position thread was for self Submission's rather than members Nominations.
But it seems OK to nominate, as Mystique has nominated another candidate.
I would like to nominate Troy aka Aspir3.
Reasons I think he would make a good Treasurer:
1) He has previously held the position of SA Moderator and is very familiar with Club's Committee processes and operation.
2) He holds a job with a PC which makes him readily available at any time for Treasury communication during business hours.
3) His wife is employed in banking business which should lend to make any Banking processes easier & quicker.
4) He is always Online and very actively involved in the everyday posting threads, knowing whats going on from day to day.

Thanks Sam for the nomination, I was about to nominate.
I would love to help the club in any way I can. I feel looking after the clubs finances an important role.
As you mentioned I am regularly online as I am on the computer at work.
It probably would be a great help having Nina who works for a bank.
Just to let the members know a little about me. I am 45 years old and work full time for a large company working on one of the countries biggest ever defense project. As part of my role at work I have a very high Australian security clearance. I do voluntary work for my children's school which also means i have a police clearance.
I have 2 houses, 2 cars and a big motorhome which I enjoy going away regularly in with Nina and my 2 girls.
Financially I am very stable. I have never defaulted a loan or been in financial trouble.
Please fill free to ask me any questions.

the com needs proactive senior mods, bench warmers need not apply.
the role of treasurer is very important, it needs close contact to CCJ therefore i also endorse aspir3.
