how many blue LED's would you recommend for a cabin light replacement?? 3-4??

I'd go for a 6 SMD LED one...

it's not too bright. i was thinking of having the light on while driving to give the interior a blue colour. i already have blue LED's under the foot wells but need more blue in the interior. what do you think??

it's pretty bright.

pretty sure you'll find it's illegal to drive with the footwell lights and cabin lights on though because it impairs your vision out of the car...

On that note just a quick question,

If the passenger uses their "side" of the map light when driving would that also count as being illegal? I sometimes use the map lights if i find it too dark inside if i'm doing something, although that's usually at traffic lights.
