Just a bit of an update.
Just changed the SST fluids on the Evo with the Castrol Transmax Dual and ford filter. Assuming I sell off the other half of the 20L drum, total cost is around the $200 mark.
Car felt refreshed, no more sluggish shifts, no more clunks when you re-apply throttle, definitly a lot more responsive. Best $200 spent!
Will keep you guys updated on how the car goes.
I also have another 11L I will sell off for half of what I paid for.
Drained 7L out, I sort of put the 2L in and did a flush out, so used 9L all up.
So assuming you need 7L, you still have 4L of surplus.
Cheers

I didn't run the engine, I've read a thread somewhere that you put mineral oil in and start it to do a proper flush. But I didn't opt for that way.
I thought I had the surplus anyways so just put in the 2L and drained it, not that it will do anything? haha
First drive to work in peak hour today:
- no more clunks when you lift off and reapply throttle
- no more SST vibration i've been having
- no more rev hunting i've been having!!
- no more sluggish shifts!!
box def feels a lot more responsive, and shifts like a twin clutch should!
Finally get to drive it like how an evo should be driven.
Would highly recommend people to change their fluids if they are due!!
