Um dumb question but I was working under the assumption I'd need 4x 50x30cm sheets but just checked and each flap doesn't need to be any bigger than 25x30. So you can get 2 flaps from one of the sheets sold on eBay, halving the materials cost.
How big are the Rallyarmor ones?
Still not found a design to cut them out... wish Rallyarmor made them in yellow

That would be great, I'm in no hurry to get this done. Rather do it right the first time.
The plastics place can also engrave anything I want on them. Depending on cost I might do it.
I am amazed there isn't more places that specialize in custom mud flaps where you get to choose the logo or writing you want on them. I know the likes of Rallyarmor have a range for different car but they are limited and don't come in anything but black or red. What about white, blue, yellow or even green or pink to suit what the owners want?

Well I want my CJ to be different, could done the easy thing an pay $50 for the factory front ones and been done with it. Besides if I get tired of them I'll take them off.
Thing is being custom you can choose how big they are, if the stick out to protect the side of the car and how far they drop to the ground, I'm thinking maybe 75mm clearance to the ground at the most

First can a mod please move this thread to the exterior section?
Got the PDF and working on some designs, not sure if I want then to engrave them or not?
I was thinking maybe VRX? I'd need to paint in the black.
Or maybe this on the front ones?
I have no idea how they do the engraving or how deep, Maybe I can get some black plastic melted into the?
Anyone tried anything light this before?
I'll be seeing them next week.
This is the kind of mod I like, doing something different and from scratch, not just buying something and bolting it on.
