So I joined this site many moons ago (before the website update) when I got my 2008 CJ Lancer VRX, which I will add to the garage shortly. It is basically a stock VRX with the windscreen decals and the spoiler black vinyls.
Sadly, that car is going to be passed along to my sister's boyfriend, but it will be replaced with a brand new Rally Red Evo X MR
.
So the story goes that I have always dreamed of having an Evo (as have many of the users here I'm sure) and once I heard they were not making them any more I had to make the very serious decision whether to buy a new one now or to only be able to get a second had one later. I went into the dealership and was told that they had some in the showroom, but they can't order any more from mitsubishi (which made me sad as the floor stock weren't red), however he looked up to see a SINGLE red Evo X MR sitting in open pool stock. I couldn't sign the dotted line fast enough
I will be getting the Evo tomorrow morning at 11am and so figured it might be time that I actually introduced myself on here. I will also add some pics of the evo and the number of accessories I got with it (my dad worked at mitsu for 20 years so the discount was pretty insane).
Anywho, look forward to hopefully catching up with some of you at the SA catch ups and everyone else here as well
