Morning Lumps

Postby Roadtrain » Mon Jun 30, 2014 9:40 am

I've noticed this twice now in the mornings when i start to drive, feels like there is a lump, faster i go faster the noise comes around, after about 20 mins or so its gone, anyone know what this is?

I thought it may have been tyres, but lump feeling goes away.

Lancers have been known to have noisey injectors, especially on cold start.

As mentioned above the lancers (pretty much all from factory) have noisy injectors. Nothing to worry about if this is the case.

only for the first 20mins or so, the rest of the day is fine would it still be a wheel balance issue?

i can only assume this
rubber heats up and then the bump is softer

ask to swap wheels with some1 (if u know some1 that is) and then go for a drive

If its wheels... roll down a hill and go into neutral or whatever so you cannot feel the lumping... if its the tires, it will still do it with engine idling...
