Hi All,

Been surfing around here half silently and searching some topics with the help of google without official joining :o

But not to worry, it's now official to say HELLOHA!

Some background on our lovely Ralliart journey:
Wife & I are proud owners of a fully stock, first (but now last) of a kind 08 Ralliart Hatch, early 08 build with 11/08 delivery from Knox Mitsubishi.
The previous owner had it as a weekend car for 5 full years before deciding it was time to let go, at a LOW LOW mileage of 18,800kms on the clock.
Naturally I was raising eyebrows and thinking odd balls left right and center. After inspection of the near new car, we took it to Knox (not knowing it was purchased there) and they came back with "This car is a bargain, and there's not a thing wrong with it apart from a 4cm gutter gash."
Been told it had all options optioned for an 08 build - brilliant, few of a kind and hard to find i guess - Sunroof / MMCS & subwoofer in boot / Blue front driver & passenger footwell LEDs / EVO security upgrade (or whatever?) / Reversing Camera / Front windshield Ralliart sticker (I wonder if this will attract haters...)

What mods it came with:
- Quality DIY pro install of low & high beam 6000k HIDs into a stock housing (very good for the driver but I swear I was going to get pulled over for this)
- Quality DIY pro install of fog beam, 6000k HIDs into stock fog light housing
- Rear seats white LED strip for footwell lighting for lighting
- Two rear boot warm white LEDs for extra lighting

What I've done to it since the purchase on 22nd May hehehe:
- No. plate protectors
- Natural white rear number plate LEDs (from Bright Light Auto Parts)
- CCFL Angel Eyes, DRLs & 6000k HIDs in a MarsPerformance headlight housing with projectors

The new headlight housing has left now me with two 6000k HIDs fitted to a pair of stock headlight housings from the previous owner, all with complete wiring & two standard sized ballasts with DIY housing fit for any CJ Lancer.
If anyone is interested please let me know - make me an offer? Quality materials but just want it gone, but a tad sad I had to part ways with the original HIDs because they are much brighter than the new ones provided... (some dodgy MarsPerformance "policy" that if HIDs other than their own were used, the headlight housing warranty would be void).

Anyway, wife & I will regularly swap hers for mine / vice versa (My current is 14' Renault Clio RS200 EDC Cup Trophy).

Looking forward to some social events, drive days and learning more about these CJs. Our first Mitsubishi car :)

Cheers!
