Help! Paint bubbling!

Hi all,

I have a 2011 mitsubishi lancer SX and have always looked after the car. The car is garaged 50% of the time and I always use top quality car wash and wash my car every week... Sometimes twice a week. My car is still under warranty and as I got out of my car this afternoon I noticed small dots on my roof (pictured below).

These dots are very small but have a multi coloured appearance and when you look close at them you can notice the pain bubbling. So my question is... Has anyone had this happen to them before?

Very hard to tell from the photos but should be covered under warranty. Unless you've had something inadvertently sprayed on the car.
