Paint defect? Warranty??

Hi guys I have just brought my lancer last week brand new and I have just discover the side mirror paint have been fade away and kind of got water spot. Have try to clean it with clay bar but no help. Can I ask the dealer to fix that up for me as the car is still brand new?? Do I need to go back to the dealer where I purchase or I could go to any Mitsubishi dealer as they have 5 yrs warranty?? Cheers guy

I would go back to the dealer and make them fix it

I had issues with my tint when i got my car Took it back to them, and they fixed it for free :3 Should be covered under your warranty

How long does it take for u to get them to fix it?? Or this would cover nationwide as the place I brought is kind of far away from where I live.

I booked mine in with my 1500 K inspection, they got it redone that day, that's up to you, This should cover nationwide though

You need to contact your dealership (by phone will suffice) and arrange what to do, but it shouldn't be an issue. You can probably arrange to have it fixed at your 1500km service if you haven't had it yet.

They will almost certainly just replace the entire side-mirror cover, its a cheap part.
