I think we need a voting function for dates. and look at the numbers there
obviously vote for the date that you will think best suites you.

The issue is now that she has found full time work, and works weekends.

Ok considering I'm probably gonna need a break day before my final exam I'm gonna try going to the cruise, but no horse riding.
