May or may not be SAPOL, but the caption is true for SAPOL anyway. I've rarely seen crapbox Holdens be defected but nicely looked after cars are, lelel logic.

Pretty sure it is SAPOL as the emblem is the SA one on their sleve, it has the wattle wreath on it which is our state emblem. Unless thats the same emblem all states use...
