problem is its hard not to get it to glow on a dyno after a few pulls, after the retune im going to get my buddy and where gona start the joys of data logging down the mountains damn late at night and start doing adjustments from there....and see if we can ridd this problem....if not the glow will just have to stay hahahahah
Not my area of expertise, but I take it you've checked/replaced your injectors?
Damged/faulty injectors could cause leaning out in one cylinder; even if you've logged your AFR, it wouldn't indicate a problem..
