Your Chief Buyer : An Open Letter

For the benefit of many NEWBIES on this forum, I need to make this post to highlight something.

I DO NOT WORK FOR MITSUBISHI PARTS.

Like many of you, I have a full on job (thank god), which pays the bills.

I have a club account at a Mitsubishi Parts Supplier.

Timing
Consider timing of things.
When you pay me via Bank Transfer,
though the money disappears from your account immediately,
it can take up to 3 days for it to hit my account.

I DO NOT order anything UNTIL your money hits my account.
I'm sorry I can't take you at your word.
I've been shafted one too many times.

Once I order, it can take up to 2 months for our supplier to procure the part.
If it's in stock, I get a consignment note immediatey, else I SEE NOTHING.

So for as many of you who take 3 weeks to get something, there are some of those who pay on Monday and by the following week, you get your part. It's jut what items are in stock and what isn't.

You wanting me to continuously keep you updated helps neither of us.
You get more frustrated.
I have NO answers for you either.
When you order a part, just sit and wait.
I work very efficiently and I won't get your part then sit on it for weeks. I dispatch it almost immediately.

To date, only 1 person has NEVER gotten his ordered part from me.
Even then, it was him moving houses and then writing to me 3 months later asking WTF his part is.

When I am out of pocket since there are price rises on stuff, please don't say it's my problem. It pisses me off that I help you save and you think I'm trying to rip you off by jacking up the price.

In life we win some and lose some...so get over it.

I've never bought anything off you but I see the hard work you put in mate, doesn't look easy.
I'm sure everyone here appreciates it, trouble is when someone buys something, most people want it now. Not your problem though.

I have always had positive experiences with your Parts Buying Irving
You do great work for the members and your efforts are always appreciated by myself and heaps of the membership
Keep up the great work my friend some people just don't know how good they have it
