Mark, speaking from experience (now) the difference is very noticable. I'm in a 2.0 4B11 manual... the amount of torque difference is huge! No lag what so ever, I would recommend it to everyone!

Reading through all your posts, I'm glad some part of what I did 2 X'mass ago is now benefitting the larger population of this forum.
