I'm thinking the chrome edging works nicho - Different strokes for different folks - it just makes that bit more of a statement to me :-) Have to see how it fits on tho

Yeah it does look good in that picture. Its not easy to put on though unless your lip fits plush up against the front of the car. Even then it will be difficult but if you can get it on there it will look great!

yeah - I noticed there's a slight gap on mine, but from pics I've seen I'm pretty lucky with the fit - it's really good pretty much all over and wasn't too scratched... still, I'm going to remove it to vinyl over it and behind it where it doesn't quite reach the grill...

May also file/sand down the bits where I'll be putting chrome just to make the transition smoother so it doesn't look like there's a bump in the chrome - lol...

And then - front end will be complete :-)

Looked at some wheels today - $1350 for some new black 18"s with a stainless rim...

go really well with the blue/black/silver thing I got going on so far - I'm getting them I reckon... I'll try find a pic (not just for you's - lol ;-) )

Yeah that bump is what I thought would be difficult to sticking the chrome on but sanding it down is actually a good idea, I might actually have a look at putting the chrome back on my car now but will see.

gotta do it soon mate - now that I've shopped my car and seened how it'll look I've just GOTTA!!! :-D

hate sanding / filing tho - I tend to get a bit "god this is taking forever" and just going hack and thinking "I'll slow down when I get closer, better check now I spose" and I've gone too far... lol...

But I'm gonna have to take it slow - CBF'd getting another one in...

It's gonna work :-D I've looked into it, I can definately file / linish the edges of the lip to be a smooth flush fit to the bodywork and apply the chrome strip...

If I ever take the chrome off however, there'll be a tell-tale mark under it, but it will always be covered as long as the chromes there (which it will be ;-)

Going to look into it - but I still wanna vinyl wrap my lip and fill the gaps behind the lip with vinyl too - so could be a while for pics, but I think it's doable - I'll get close-ups of the mods I make to the lip... can't wait!
