2011 PMR CJ Lancer Ralliart
Hi all, Let me introduce myself. I am Brad and I have a 2011 Lancer Ralliart.
The car at the moment is stock under the bonnet, besides a K&N High flow air filter. The car also has an Ultimate Racing exhaust (Axleback).
In the next few months I hope to fit the car with the following mods:
Ultimate Racing 3" Midpipe
Ultimate Racing 3" High flow catalytic converter...
AMS boostpill
Turbosmart Dual Port BOV
OEM EVO X intercooler and appropriate piping. Or maybe an AMS EVO X intercooler kit... depends if I can the cash.
Does any one recommend any other mods?
My big question is where abouts in Melbourne could I get the car tuned? I'm really hoping for close to 200kW at the wheels. Am I over estimating what the car can put out or is close to 200kW possible with these mods?
Cheers guys!
Here are a few pictures of the car. The blue Subaru WRX is also mine.

Hey brad. Welcome to the club. RA's are nice looking beasts in white.
Re tuning i would contact Beeble (Adam) who resides in nth Melbourne for professional tune, or go the cheap n cheerful free gst tune route.
TBE RA's with a 3port tend to live around the 185kw mark so that's probably a realistic goal.
Look forward to seeing what you do with her

Welcome Brad! Those mods are definitely a good starting point to get some power down. Depending on the tune it could maybe reach 200atw. That said, you would much prefer a GOOD tune that suits everyday condition/gives you some extra grunt and mid-range torque vs an average tune with higher peak power.
As everyone has already vouched for, Beeble does good work here with the club and the guys at RTR are fantastic. After having some work done with RTR i really regret having a tune done elsewhere as Dan and Adam are brilliant when it comes to the 4B11T
All the best

Thanks for the Info guys. Its much appreciated. Realistically I would be happy with around 185kW.. that's more than enough to get around and have some fun.
As for comparing the WRX to the Ralliart... that's a hard job. My WRX is my daily drive atm, its a 4EAT not 5MT. It has been dyno tuned to 142kW at the wheels. SO already the Mitsubishi is a bit snappier and responsive than the Subaru. In terms of the ride and steering... I can honestly say I feel more engaged with the Subaru.. I can really feel the cars weight through the steering wheel.. while in the Ralliart its not as pronounced.... I have no idea if that made sense or not... haha. That being said I have had the Subaru for a lot longer and I haven't had the chance to drive the Ralliart for great lengths at a time. I think the more I drive the car the more ill get used to its feel.
I really have no complaints with either car. The Mitsubishi SST is leagues better than the Subaru 4EAT and 5EAT, and you can feel the difference in torque, the SST wins here hands down.

Lol - If you think the SST is good now wait till you get a chance to get it tuned (that's tuned, not the flash)

Your car looks great, tasteful exterior mods. You will only get to around 180-185kw atw.. you should go for a 3port over the boostpill (better boost control) You could do a x turbo swap for a little over 1k if your lucky on used parts.. then you will make around 220kw atw on a no bullshit dyno with full supporting mods. You would be best off buying a tactrix cable and getting a road tune done.. easier and a lot cheaper plus you can get tuned by the tuning god beeble (I only realized beeble is in melbourne.. but it would be cheaper for a road tune.)
Australia's sexiest blacked out ralliart
evo x turbo, ets intercooler, turbosmart wga, aem intake, ur intercooler piping, ur turbo back exhaust, 3port
