anyone keen to hire their EVO X for wedding car?

Postby skygunner » Tue Jan 08, 2013 12:04 am

Hi guys,

I'm getting married in April and currently drive an ES Lancer. Been trying to sell it to finance an EVO X, but never got around to it. Also, i don't think i'll be buying one in near future with new house on the way too. SIGH...It has always been my dream to have an EVO X for my wedding car.

So it got me thinking, if anyone who own one would hire it to me just for a few hours? =) As with the color, i'd prefer if it's a red one. I'm willing to pay you what you think its reasonable to hire your car on per hour basis. I will take full responsibility for anything unfortunate happen to your car too **touch wood**. And if you feel insecure to lend to some stranger, i don't mind you to be my driver too =) Please PM me if there's any kind EVO X owner out there who's able to help.

Cheers Sky!

Congratulations Sky! Doubt you'll be able to find an EVO X though, there aren't any active WA members with one :(

thanks chris & aaron! =)

I know it's a long shot, but i thought i'll give it a try anyway. XD

Unless someone wanna buy my ES lancer? Then maybe i can work the money to get an EVO X ^^...it's doable but my Mrs won't be happy if i spend money on an "depreciating asset" according to her (typical asian wife =P). Guess i could tell her the same about her expensive bag too =P LOL

I haven't seen any rental company who has EVO X yet, at least not your usual company like hertz, europcar..any one else can prove me wrong?

If you really wanted an EVO X and there are no other choices.... maybe check out an evo dealer and see if they can do u a deal in "hiring" out the car... however one of their representatives would need to be the driver... You could try out Paceway Mitsubishi in Osborne Park

+1 for Paceway. That's where I got my car from, fantastic dealer :)

I'll head out now and ask them if they will let you hire an evo or not? I live 5 mins away. Or would you rather do it yourself in person?
