Just as an update, I'm currently in negotiations with Eibach Australia. I need real numbers though. How many people are up for this?
At the moment it's looking to be around < A$300 for the set (excl. shipping).
It's merely an EOI. If you're after another brand i.e. Pedders or Tein or Works, why not consider joining the Eibach group buy?

Bad news in a way.
I've just spoken to Eibach Australia and they've given me a quote of A$490.00 delivered to anywhere in Australia.
He claims the pro-kits retail for about A$680 + GST and you can't match his offered price anywhere in Australia, so you draw your own conclusions.
As I said they will cost about A$350 if you import them yourself from AutoCity Imports in the US but Eibach Australia will not cover any warranty claims should anything happen to them.
Additionally, you'll be looking at about A$200 installation + A$55 wheel alignment.
Let me know if any of you are looking to get one.

qudans wrote:350 imported from the USA is a pretty good deal, although the point about warranty is important too. I think I'd go for getting them in from the States at that price, but im trying not to spend any more money on the car for now lol
I'm thinking about going for the US deal as well. Negotiating now for a price.

With the GReddy Exhaust now on its way, I can turn my attention to this.
Update 090606
My proposed dealer in the US was AutoCityImports and this was their reply to me yesterday:
IF you guys want Eibach Pro Kits and want to take that advice, I think the best price at the moment will be from Eibach Australia @ A$490.00 delivered.

Sorry Irving, we do not offer shipping to Australia.
If you have Eric ship to you then i have nothing to do with the situation and no warranty will be available from us. The liability is MUCH to high to ship overseas. So no matter what we will not be able to work with you guys. No dealer in my opinion will be able to bear the risk of warranting lowering springs sold to someone overseas.
I suspect you will need to go to your local dealer. My advice is to contact your sole distributor i.e. Eibach Australia and propose a group buy with them. They can give you a just over dealership price and your million mile warranty would be protected. Sorry, i hope you understand.

Why don't you try going through Fulcrum to get some TEIN springs?
Or even wait till TEIN SS coilovers are available (the end of this month apparently). From my experience with lowering springs on our cars is they are not very good. Our airdams are at awkward positions which means they scrape very very easily. I'm considering putting the stock springs back in while I wait for coilovers.
The ability to adjust height and damper settings with coilovers is so much better. You can have a stiff ride at the normal height (or slightly lower), and then if you do a track day or go on a cruise where you want to do some spirited driving you can drop it down an inch or so (does require the car being on a hoist or on stands so you can get under it to lower it).
Just a thought for you guys to consider, though you will have to wait as the only thing available at the moment are Megan and BC Racing V1's (BR are the latest version for BC Racing, but unavailable in Australia according to the importer of BC Racing gear in Sydney).
