Boot Carpet

I am putting in my sub and amp into my car and making a custom box. What im after is the same colour carpet that the boot has so it matches. Any one know where i can get hold of automotive carpet in Melbourne?

ive seen carpet that sorta matches the stock carpet in autobarn...

Was even thinking of buying another boot carpet from Mitsubishi...but that gonna cost me an arm and a leg

Why dont you make your own? if the carpet on your boot floor is the same carpet on your sub boxes, its not gunna make a difference what texture the sidewalls are gunna be.

Just use your old carpet and cut out a template with the new carpet. Should solve any none matching issues you might have

well, what im doing is creating a moulding on the sidewalls. and the amp will be in that. What it will look like is the amp is in the side wall....i creating a new sidewall...the sub isn't a problem cos that gonna be on the boot floor...doesn't matter what colour that is....

Next year in yr11 im gunna be doing a fibreglass boot for my car.

I will have some serious audio by that time. talking maybe 2 15" kicker L7's

well its almost done.....it moulded on the left side of the boot and it has a fiberglass front cut out so u can see the amp. basically all that needs to be done is to secure it down and wire up the cathode behind to shine through..then carpet around it. so probs have a couple pics when i done!
