Hello, can anyone help?
I purchase a set of front EVO X brembos and EVO X enkei wheels for my RA thinking they will fit.
(it worked on my 01 WRX)
The wheels off set and size means that they are too wide.
Now I am sure if the Brembos will fit?
Has anyone fitted Brembos to a RA? Or does anyone know if they will work with the stadard RA wheels. I am tipping I will need new wheels.
Cheers Andrew

the brembo's won't fit the enkei rims will fit with a bit of negative camber at the front and also you need to lower it .
also you have posted this in the wrong section it should be under ralliart performance or brakes this topic has been discussed before please do a search by using the search icon up in the top right hand corner of your screen.
PLEASE do not take offence to this post only pointing it out as you are new

I beleive the only way to make Brembos fit an RA is to cut the RA brake mounts off and put new ones on. Definately not recommended at all.
The Brembos are a different type of brake so you can't just have dog bones made up to make them fit.

So what's a good alternative to Brembos to make an RA stop faster?

Just for a bit of info, I have a big brake kit on my ES, but with aftermarket wheels. You will find usually the back calipers will fit, (fyi my offset are 50 all way around) ... with the front caliper however I had to use a spacer, around 12mm, then it just fitted.
Brand is JBT.
Make a big difference, but good tyres are just as necessary if you want the stopping power.

What the old man said ... GOSPEL. Unless you're like Twatty's Evo, most of you boys will NEVER need Brambos.
