So as it's been pointed out, the 28th is a long weekend.
I'm not sure what the big deal about a long weekend, is.
Most people are available, so it's not like people are going away and unavailable.

Yes, it's double demerits, but if you're not speeding and you're wearing your seat belts, I don't think there will be an issue.

So whilst we have someone kicking up an almighty stink that's "a long weekend"

Shall we move it to the 14th or go with what the majority have said they're available for (i.e the 28th) ?

Let's poll this and settle this once and for all.

Ive voted 14th but if it needs to be the 28th im cool with that too. Just saying 14th would probably be better if people are going away on long weekend.

If people are worried about getting booked over the long weekend they should make sure their mods are legitimate, and like Pete said, are driving sensible and wearing seat belts and so on.

I know this might sound silly but can we have "Penrith meet Round 1" on the 14th. AND "Penrith meet Round 2" on the 28th.

That would cover the people who cant make the 14 and the ones that cant make the 28th too.

I would turn up to both just to meet different people and even some of the same ones too (ones who couldnt make the 14th i would meet on the 28th)
