Powercruise is on the same day, cost half as much and you can take passengers and wear whatever you like *confused*

Yeah I guess Steve. But at least it will be quieter than power cruise! And because of power cruise I doubt it will be too busy either

I'll pop along - spectating....

If I had the money and the car was up for it, I'd be having a go too - but alas it needs a big 105k service and also suspecting it'll need brakes and clutch in the near future, so I'm not game to give it a run.

Had my on-call shifts swapped around this week so Damo can take his bike to Qld. Raceway next weekend....

20 minute sessions is going to be tuff on a car. The normal street series is only about 4 laps per group which is probably less than about 10 minutes. Because Lakeside is mostly right hand corners you outside tyres are going to get hammered I would recommend some track tyres Federal 595RS-R are a good tyre but there are a few options, the Federal 595RS-R and new brake pads that I had on my 1996 Galant VR-4 only lasted 2 Â½ of the Street Series rounds.
